Join our team as a Direct Buyer - 1 year !

• Boost Competitiveness: Collaborate with our Commodity organization to achieve cost reductions and improve our market position.
• Strategic Support: Contribute to our Commodity panels strategy within your region by executing productivity goals and tracking supplier performance.
• Lead Supplier Selection: Take charge of selecting suppliers for New Product Introductions (NPI) and Value Engineering (VE) projects.
• Innovate: Identify resourcing opportunities and generate VE ideas for our projects.
• Drive Productivity: Implement VE, resourcing, and logistics actions to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) requirements, working closely with the Commodity team.
• Manage Changes: Oversee post-SOP engineering changes with suppliers and ensure savings in the first year.
• Data Collection: Gather capacity data from suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Issue Resolution: Address logistics, capacity, and quality issues as the primary sourcing interface for plant supply chain and quality teams.
• Negotiate & Validate: Handle charge-back negotiations and implement mitigation plans.
• Support Compliance: Assist with trade, compliance, and sustainability information collection.
• Supplier Relations: Act as the Key Supplier Contact (KSC) when assigned by the Commodity team.

What We Need:

• Experience: 3 years in Procurement
• Education: Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Language: English Advanced
