Director Revenue Management Operations
The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximising revenue opportunities through the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies and fleet allocation based on future demand forecast, current and historical trends. They will be responsible for leading a team of Revenue Managers and Analysts working closely with a large range of regional and senior leaders across Europe and the central office in Uxbridge.
A Day in the Life:
Reporting to Vice President of Revenue Management & Fleet Planning, this role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of the business through advanced pricing methodologies, analytics forecast, and product/segment mix management, as well as a deep understanding of RM systems and processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for revenue and pricing strategy
- Utilises reporting dashboards to take decisions on the pricing strategy
- Collaborates with Senior Leadership Team for the strategic business plan
- Manages the forecast process
- Creates / Develops processes for RM optimisation
- Contributes to department performance by meeting key metrics such as RPU/RPD/Revenue and Utilisation
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a pricing, yield, and/or quantitative marketing environment
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including proven ability to develop talent
- A track record of developing trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Excel advanced knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
- Ability to build and lead a diverse, high-performing, results-oriented, and highly engaged team.
- Ability to drive process and organisational change.
