Analista Trade Compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure import/export processes meet lead times and standards for each internal customer and type of operation.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely distribution and delivery.
- Maintain and enforce trade compliance across all operations.
- Create, analyze, and present reports and metrics to track performance.
- Conduct reconciliations, including SAT GLOSA and commercial invoice verifications.
- Support logistics programs, including CASS and SCO, with troubleshooting and training assistance.
- Lead and assist in audits and self-audit programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a closely related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in foreign trade, with expertise in customs laws, regulations, and customs broker/carrier management.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams and departments to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of managing changing priorities and working under pressure.
