EBS Mfg Principal Technical Support Engineer
Do you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in EBS - Discrete Manufacturing, Oracle Work in Process and Oracle Process Manufacturing? In this role, you will be using those skills to overcome technical challenges, deliver exceptional post-sales support, and find solutions that really make a difference. You will be our go-to person for communicating effectively, building strong relationships, and influencing positive outcomes.
We value candidates who have:
Bonus: Experience with Oracle Inventory Management or Order Management.
A solid foundation in your designated product area, with hands-on systems and software experience, including API use.
Technical proficiency in at least 3 of these areas: RDBMS, SQL, PL-SQL, XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA, EBS R12.2 Patching, and Web Services.
Familiarity with SQL and the skill to analyze software log and trace files.
Expertise in Performance Tuning, Web Server Optimization, and Server Configuration, with a proven ability to solve problems based on your findings.
