As Automation Testing professional  within our Client Onboarding and Documentation team  , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. Client Onboarding and Documentation is responsible for critical client documentation and is comprised of Client Tax Operations, Documentation Management Operations, Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO), and supported by the Client Experience and Firm wide Collateral Transformation and Controls teams. 

You will play an integral role in the build out of the test automation services required for accelerating change program delivery. You will work in partnership with project managers, technology and testing teams to define, design and build test automation. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Design and deliver Program Test and Implementation Strategy, Test Data Strategy, Automation Approach, and Test Environment Plans.Work on multiple initiatives across CIB DPS priorities. 
• Build effective relationships with key Digital and Business strategy leads, while effectively challenging them to move DPS initiatives forward. 
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives. 
• Plan projects with detailed milestones, addressing risks and issues.
• Utilize experience in the Agile model. Design and deliver Program Test approach for automation, including Implementation Strategy, Test Data Strategy, Test Environment Plans, estimations, test execution, and defect management proactively.
• Lead with strong stakeholder engagement. Manage optimum utilization of resources with no impact on business. 
• Develop and syndicate recommendations to technology and program teams to accelerate change. 
• Report timely and accurately. Gain and provide meaningful insights to project working group members on specific focus areas. 
• Communicate clearly and succinctly with colleagues, senior executives, and clients. 
• Actively drive and contribute to team meetings and conference calls with colleagues, stakeholders from other functions, and clients/third parties. 
• Build strong partnerships across stakeholder groups at partner locations and within the current location through a proactive, open, and communicative approach.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Should have an expertise in Selenium & Cucumber
• Web UI Automation experience
• Working knowledge of SQL, Metadata and Big data .
• Should be well versed and hands on in  Java  & Python 
• Complete understanding of UI , API automation and components
• Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework
• Should be able to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with automation expertise
• Exposure to AngularJS UI 
• Should be well versed in running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment.  
• Experience working with large scale compliance and regulatory driven projects, preferably KYC, AML or Client Onboarding
• Highly effective time management skills 
• Works well individually as well as with the team, shares information, supports colleagues and staff.
• Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines.
• Graduate/ Post Graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience)  
• Deep Automation and Test Management exposure (minimum 6+ years)
