System Engineer II
As a System Engineer II, you will provide system implementation, support, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle’s solutions and services. As a member of this team, you will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability, mentor and support associates in daily tasks troubleshoot and manage changes and project activities, as well as communicate with impacted stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting the installation and maintenance of Oracle solutions, layered software, and infrastructure as well as evaluating, updating, and improving project documentation. Your responsibilities will also include developing and deploying automation tools to optimize daily activities and provide Tier II and other support per service requests.
