The Candidate would be responsible for ensuring providing timely and accurate advices/ opnions to the Businesss/ Techno Commercial/ Shared Service Dept. The Candidate should ensure timely reply to the notices/summons received from the tax departments in close co-ordination with consultants and Corp. affairs team. The Candidate should monitor pending litigations by timely attending and effectively the personal hearings either personally or through consultants. The Candidate is expected to bring out the avenues for effective tax planning and advice Biz to implement the same.
