SPECIALIST - EVENTS SECURITY

  1. Grow the Event business portfolio of Weone. 
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders including but not limited to creating an extensive database of event security freelancers (minimum of 1000 freelancers). 
  3. Coordinate with various parties involved in the execution of an event and ensure that all queries are answered.
  4.  Communicate and work closely with internal stakeholders on various events briefs.
  5.  Develop and execute comprehensive event security plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  6. Develop and manage event security timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  7.  Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies to promote our event security portfolio. Utilize social media and other channels to create buzz and generate interest in upcoming events.
  8.  Assist in all pre-event preparation with full onsite support, as well as conducting post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of the event.
  9. Compile reports and provide insights for future event improvements.
  10.  Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside.
  11. Prepare ROI and post-event reports to highlight learned lessons, KPIs, key stats and methods of improvement for future events, and present them to C-level management and stakeholder.
