Technical Operations Manager
Required to currently hold and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly Clearance.
As the Operations Manager for the ATLAS program, you will serve in a cross matrixed leadership position supporting all workstreams across the program.
This role requires a blend of technical acumen, operational oversight, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of DoD and intelligence community program delivery, incident and problem management, business process re-engineering, Cloud environments, SaaS, HR, Operations, Technology transformations and should have a working knowledge of schedule activities, program management operations, and the information technology lifecycle for SaaS cloud-based systems (or demonstrate like in kind experience with major technology transitions).
This hybrid role is both a challenging and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal skills, ability to quickly master business process knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and follow-through on the delivery of a technical program.
