Billing & Sales Support Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Billing & Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Direct and indirect follow-up on potential sales daily by reviewing dashboard and system queues, as well as on outstanding self-pay account receivables
• Using communication forms such as call, email, text, and others to identify the validity and potential of open orders and purchases
• Educating hearing healthcare providers and members on hearing aid processes
• Direct and indirect follow-up on potential sales daily by reviewing dashboard and system queues
• Promoting urgency through a solutions-based approach, identifying challenges with providers and providing targeted value around how Amplifon can help
• Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• A minimum of 2 years call center, medical, insurance, collections experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with data entry and 10-key
• Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, multitask and work with shifting priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel
