Job Description: This role supports the smooth running of the English Department main office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping building supplied with paper, blue books, chalk, etc.
- Picking up Central Duplicating orders
- Picking up and distributing mail and packages
- Running errands for faculty and staff
- Professor and office projects
- Tidying up public areas
We are looking for someone who is friendly, attentive, willing to help, and able to work independently.
- Provide general office assistance and support
- Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
- Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
- Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
