Teaching Assistant

- 6 hours 10 minutes per day, 30 hours 50 minutes per week, 38 weeks per year*

*8.40am - 3.20pm, with half an hour for lunch.

We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support children in our friendly and successful primary school and to undertake the responsibilities of supporting learning, progress and attainment of pupils.
You will be working in Phase 1 (Reception – Y2).
You will be:

We are seeking candidates with school-based experience anywhere from Reception to Year 6. Experience working with children, providing interventions, supporting children with special needs, working one-to-one, with small groups and whole class support is highly desirable.
Experience and/or qualifications in working with and supporting pupils with behaviour or learning needs is highly desirable.
You must have obtained a grade C/4 or above in English and mathematics at GCSE or equivalent.
Roll: 374; 4-11.
