Strategy & Planning

• Act under the supervision of a project and/or organizational manager (Project Manager, Program Manager)
• Respond to stakeholder requests for information.
• Escalate risks and issues that have potential to impact project(s)
• Communicate effectively with project team, stakeholders, and external resources as needed on status, risks, and accomplishments to ensure alignment with the overall project goals.
• Perform project reporting, including status reports and overall performance of the project and project completion documentation.
• Promote, foster, and pro-actively implement the use of Quality Assurance best practices and standards.

Operational Management

• Prioritize conflicting project needs with deadline pressures. 
• Create, coordinate, organize and document regular project communication meetings.
• Create, update, and maintain basic project documentation, including email groups, meeting summaries, and RAID items.
• Coordinate the preparation and creation of project presentations by creating and updating templates, merging formats from multiple contributors, and reviewing presentations.
