Accountant
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Treasury Works and Cash Management
- Prepares daily and monthly funds plan
- Manages daily bank balance and reconcile monthly bank statement.
- Manages all bank accounts and Internet banking system
- Reviews payment voucher and payment process handling
- Issues electronic notes and input payment entry into online banking systems
- Reviews expense report of employee in compliance with travel policy.
- Posting of voucher
- Create Cost Center report according to budget template and budget file
- Create Budget raw data file according to previous year’s used cost.
- Intercompany Loan Handling (Rollover, Renewal, Maturity, New Loan)
- Bank Guarantee Limit management
- Manage Employment/ Transfer/ Resignation Check List
- Reporting
- Prepares monthly Electronic notes report, monthly Accrued income report, monthly Advance payment report, Prepaid Insurance report, Other Assets file, Cost Center report, Quarterly Membership fee report, Entertainment report and Interest for intercompany loan file.
- Prepares monthly cash balance report and submit to Hongkong treasury.
Who You Are:
You ensure to be responsible for Treasury Works & Cash Management, Reporting(Cost Center Report), Checking Expense Reports, Account Book Keeping & Vouchering.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 4 Years University with majoring in Accounting or Business Administration
- At least 1 years experience in General Accounting and Taxation.
- Work knowledge in General Accounting Policy and Tax Laws
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Experience on ERP Operation(SAP etc)
- Excellent in MS Office
