Grade UE05: £27,979 - £32,332 per annum.
College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine / Edinburgh Medical School / Deanery of Biomedical Sciences / Biomedical Sciences Teaching Organisation
Full-Time: 35 hours per week.
Fixed-Term: for 3 years.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Postgraduate (PGT) Programme/Course Administrator to provide administrative support for a range of BMTO PGT degree programmes and courses. The post is fixed term for 3 years in the first instance.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and we are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Ability to use initiative, be proactive and problem solve
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to manage multiple competing demands and work well under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience of using multiple IT systems and software
- Works well as part of a team, demonstrates flexibility and embraces change
