• Have a firm grasp on DP World’s strategy, its disparate systems, business units, and be able to envision an enterprise architecture that will help deliver on the strategy
• Very knowledgeable on emerging technology trends, startups, and external technology associations, and be able to draw upon the right information
• Work with the SVP, CTO, regional IT directors, CTO Directs, other regional business leaders to evangelize and champion the common services under foundational services.
• Work collaboratively with the Product, design, business team and build /articulate the technology vision. Have the ability to break it to understandable pieces, plot a strategy to achieve that vision
• Work with individual teams, get consensus on strategy, form a roadmap across 100s of teams, and deliver
• Participate in product and business strategy discussions and help shape the roadmap.
• Wherever required propose and implement newer process for effective execution of cross team, cross domain programs to enhance overall productivity.
• Be able to effectively present progress on all of the above to CTO and SVP’s
• Responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution.
• 16-22 years of relevant work experience leading technology teams of 100+, either directly or indirectly 
• Adept at managing multiple senior internal and external business and technology stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and executive presence
• Must have worked in global MNC environments
• Highly agile, hands on yet strategic, works across layers from the most junior to the CXO layer, excellent problem solving skills, ability to simplify.
