CRMT Administrator
Rate of pay/Salary: £11.44 per hour
Shift: Monday-Wednesday 09:00-17:00, Thursday 09:00-16:45, Friday 09:00-17:00 (36 hours per week)
Location: Desford Road, Leicester LE19 4AT
Contract: Permanent
Working within the Complaints Department, you’ll be working in a small and friendly team where you’ll play an important role in the smooth running of the team by carrying out administrative duties in line with department objectives.
You’ll use your own initiative to prioritise your workloads as well as supporting other colleagues within the team.

What you’ll be doing:
As an Administrator you will ensure that all correspondence, email, reports and cases are correctly logged on departmental systems and databases in order for diary workload to be managed.
You will liaise with product technologists, taking home products to them for examination so that we can ensure customers get the best product.
Additionally, you will collate statistical information and effectively and accurately communicate to others.
You will also support the gift card / swatch rooms if they need additional help.
It will be key to plan, organise and prioritise your own workloads to make sure deadlines are achieved for our customers.
You will also deal with additional administrative duties such as collating department workload figures, processing invoices and sending acknowledgement responses.
What we’re looking for:
With previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks you will have the ability to work well under pressure and have exceptional attention to detail.
You will be a highly organised individual who is adaptive to change
Be able to use google sheets, google docs & Gmail in a confident and accurate manner
You’ll be extremely self-motivated and work effectively whilst managing your own workload whilst delivering demanding deadlines
