Job Description:
Job Duties:
• Cover the reception desk as needed.
• Answer the telephone in the absence of supervisor.
• Assist visitors as needed.
• Assist staff members as requested.
• Various office tasks that may include the use of MS Word, Teams, Email, etc.
• Check the mail daily and deliver packages.
• Complete any special projects assigned by supervisors.
• Help as needed with special events. This may include lifting items under 50 lbs.
• Inventory supplies for ordering purposes.
• Check printers and refill paper when necessary.
• Water indoor plants.
Qualifications:
• Must be a current Baylor Student
• Must be on time and willing to work
• Effective Communicator
• Excellent Customer Service
• Excellent Organizational Skills
