Compensation & Benefits Manager
As our Compensation & Benefits Manager you develop and manage a competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, empower, and retain employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that compensation structures and benefits offerings are fair, equitable, and stays in sync with legal standards, as well as aligned with the company`s strategic goals and budgetary constraints. This is a new position, reporting to Director of Human Resources, and we´re looking forward to receive your application in Swedish or in English as soon as possible. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Development, implementation and improvement of Compensation & Benefits Programs.
- Support the organization with job evaluations, education and individual salary settings, ensuring that salary increases and salary offers are relevant and market competitive as well as equitable in our internal structure.
- Conduct analyzes to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness for specific roles/groups.
- Annual Salary Reviews, Legally Regulated Salary Surveys, Salary Mappings, Bonus Calculations and other Compensation and Benefits related activities throughout the year as well as negotiations with Unions regarding Compensation & Benefits related matters.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation systems, benefits plans and legislation
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Extensive work experience within Comp & Ben
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- A relevant post-secondary education in relevant field, or equivalent
- Experience from being responsible for a Compensation and/or Benefits strategy
- Great knowledge of Job Evaluations system
