In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • CCustomer Relations – ensure understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s stakeholders through remote communication or site visits.
  • Quote-to-Order Execution – take ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process; ensure the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed; proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, while maintaining the requisite schedule and quality; ensure stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges.
  • Knowledge Sharing – acquire, maintain, and actively share knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists.
  • Take other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering field;
  • Proficiency in English with a second European language preferred  (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills;
     
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experience in commercial and sales support activities.
  • Experience in the process automation field for various industries.
  • Project management/coordination skills.
