Landside Coordinator - Port Botany
Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Landside Coordinator to join our team at the Port Botany Terminal!
You will have a commitment to customer service and be driven by a desire for operational excellence. Ideally with experience in the Road, Rail, or Maritime sectors, you will be the first point of contact for our Rail and Road customers.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the Operations are in full compliance with OHS&E statutory requirements.
- Develop reports as required including completion of daily / weekly revenue calculation spreadsheets and monthly reporting.
- Communicate to industry on current operating conditions at the Terminal.
- Provide updates on PBLIS issues and answer any queries that arise.
- Assist Landside Superintendent and Transport Coordinator in planning and executing the daily plan.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in transport/ rail/ maritime/ marine/ stevedoring operations/ customer service
- Effective customer service, oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel required
- High attention to detail and ability to rectify errors efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage workloads, work autonomously, and as a member of a team so that timely and effective results are achieved
