Rose Hill Primary School are seeking to appoint dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Lead.

As Pastoral Lead you will be required to support the wellbeing and personal development of the pupils at Rose Hill Primary School. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• working with parents to provide support where necessary
• promoting positive behaviour
• supporting staff with their emotional wellbeing
• liaising with the DSL, Behaviour Lead and class teachers.

 

You will have:

• experience in a pastoral, counselling, or similar role within an education setting
• empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach
• excellent communication and IT skills
• the ability to prioritise work including multi-tasking
• understanding of the need to always maintain professional confidentiality
• good English and mathematics skills (grade C or level 4 or above).
