  • Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in any of this branch - Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications
  • 5 to 16 years of development, design & testing experience on Siebel CRM application
  • Excellent hands-on design and development experience on Siebel CRM application - any of below mentioned modules
  1. Configuration (Applets, Views, Screens, Joins and Links etc.)
  2. CRM Scripting 
  3. Open UI
  4. Workflow Management
  5. Order Management
  6. PRM / Dealer Management
  7. Trouble Ticket 
  8. Field Services
  9. EAI (SOAP / REST)
  10. Pricing configuration in Siebel
  11. Telecom business flow (like O2C, lead and opportunity management, CPQ, Order and Service management)
  12. Version 20.xxxx and above
  • Strong knowledge on Communications and BSS/OSS domain
  • Experience of Automation SDLC to perform code build, Test and deployment using CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo etc
  • Strong Technical skills in technologies like 
  1. Scripting language – Java Script, Python, Shell/Perl
  2. XML Technologies (XSD, XML, XQuery)
  3. Open UI - Knowledge on Java Script, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap is an added advantage
  4. Web-Services; SOAP/HTTP/REST
  5. Oracle Database, PL/SQL
  6. Awareness of TMF/eTOM & SID Data Model
  7. Cloud Concepts, DevOps Tools
  • Experience in E2E use case flow solution design using Siebel and other downstream BSS/OSS applications
  • Knowledge in Oracle Communications RODOD solution
  • Effective customer interfacing and inter-personal skills
  • Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Willing to travel
