You will have the opportunity to support deployment of Enterprise Supply Chain Systems, Main Responsibility for Oracle Supplier Data Management, Operational Support to Indirect Program, and Helpdesk Operations. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Administer supplier research and set-up in Oracle;
• Work closely with database on supplier research and mapping activities;
• Work with the Systems Team and Business Units in completing projects and tasks;
• Take ownership and responsibility for projects, tasks, and work you`re doing;
• Update established process documentation for changes to supplier management activities;
• Provide first level of support on Corporate Supply Chain Systems Tools by assisting with Helpdesk; support as needed for operational coverage;
• Maintain high degree of customer service;
• Take ownership of user queries and be proactive when dealing with user issues;
• Raise complex inquiries to System Admin or 3^rd party support.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain related course;
• At least 1 year customer service experience;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Well-developed problem-solving, problem solving ability,  analytical  and customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good data management skills;
• Good teammate, flexible, and able to work on own initiative and with people from different levels of the organization ;
• Self-starter, motivated, and fast learner.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in understanding and interpreting requirements specifications Supply Chain/Procurement knowledge is an advantage;
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP, preference given for procurement/sourcing application experience.
