Quality Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join our quality team here in Wolverhampton. This person reports to the Quality Director and is in charge of supervising and maintaining the quality database, as well as ensuring that all internal quality functions always adhere to customer quality standards. This job will also handle all user data, create new users, amend and archive user accounts, manage user access groups and permissions, and respond to all user inquiries.
This role will work the following shift hours:
Monday to Thursday – 07:00 am to 15:30 pm
Friday – 07:00 am to 14:30 pm
About The Role
How will you contribute:
- Understand and follow the syncreon quality policies and procedures as per quality management system and how these are linked to the ISO 9001 quality standard.
- Control & monitor quality issues raising problems with team-leaders & management as required
- Ensure that all internal quality functions comply with customer quality standards at all times
- Complete Internal & Process audits as per requirements.
- Carry out internal investigations and present written and/or verbal reports.
- Identify quality improvements and assist with their implementation to find long term solutions.
- Assist in containment activities and Audit containment actions.
- Conduct system purge checks as required.
- Act as the company’s representative on any quality matters raised by the customer at a production level
What will you Bring.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an administrative and/or customer service role is essential.
- Experience and knowledge of document control (creating, managing, auditing documents, etc.).
- Database use and ISO 9001 knowledge.
- Experience in problem solving (PPS, 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Fish Bone Analysis)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications and IT Literate
- Good understanding of HIT/LEAN manufacturing concepts.
