RH is seeking a Director of Studio Operations to lead the digital rendering production process and manage the organization of documents and materials for the Design and Development team. In this role, you will oversee and lead projects to unify and streamline the architectural and production workflows. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing strategies, comfortable analyzing data, and focused on tracking and supporting the projects from start to finish. 

 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs 
  • Oversee rendering team personnel to support the overall final rendering art direction
  • Develop and implement new standards and tools for improved digital and physical asset management, including creating digital libraries
  • Re-imagine the rendering process and streamline the handover of models from the architecture team to the rendering team for final presentation materials
  • Identify, hire, and integrate new rendering and post-production talent to enhance the production pipeline
  • Partner with various teams to consolidate product models and create a comprehensive product library for future integration with visual merchandising
  • Work with vendor partners to ensure the successful development and implementation of new digital tools in the workflow
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of experience working within architecture or related design studio spaces
  • Proficient in the use of Revit, 3DS Max, Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suites
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 
  • Frequently moving items while utilizing a step ladder and following safety guidelines.
